This is the summer squash. Isn't it cute?! LOL! I've never seen a little round squash.
Gai Lon will be another first for me. I've never cooked with it. I'm sure I've had it before in Chinese dishes. Does anyone have a favorite recipe that they use it in? If so, leave a comment or shoot me an email with the recipe. Would love to try it out!
